Two rides to choose from, each taking advantage of the forecasted south winds and warm, sunny weather. The Longer Ride will sneak up on Cafe Domestique from an altogether different direction and via some seldom-travelled-by-SRCC roads. Weather looking good again with slight wind from the east. A and B groups and rotating paceline as usual.   

For a change, 23C and Sunny tomorrow (fingers crossed). I haven’t been out on a long ride yet, so pace may be slower than usual. Regular route, but in reverse.

The first of our 4 event time trial series! Time trials are a great way to test your fitness.  It is a race against yourself and the clock. Riders start at 1 minute intervals and the challenge is to try to catch the rider ahead of you and not to be caught by the rider…
