Sunday Gravel Ride | October 5th 10:00am

The weather is reverting back to summer this Sunday—at time of writing looks like it will be sunny, dry and over 25 degrees (don’t forget sunscreen!). For this ride, we’ll do a reversed and modified version of a route I put together in June that loops out to Fergus. This time we’ll head out towards Rockwood first on the Guelph Radial Trail, then ride a mix of road and trail sections out to First Line. We’ll then ride the Elora-Cataract trail until Fergus, returning to Guelph via mostly gravel roads. Should be a pretty ride with all the fall colours. While there is some trail on this route, it will be much tamer than the last Sunday Gravel ride.

Bring money for a coffee stop. Tail lights are a good idea.

Load the route on your bike computer if you have one, here’s how.

Disclaimer: Depending on rider turn out, some Speed Groups may have to be combined.
