Tuesday is the night of the week that all members can find a speed group they enjoy riding with. Maybe you’re still coming out of hibernation, or maybe you’ve been training all winter and can’t wait to push yourself outside, either way just pick the speed group you’re comfortable with and enjoy! The route is the same for the spring so you can see how you are progressing in fitness week-over-week, worst case scenario you wont be lost.
