The ride is cancelled because of the weather warnings. However, both Jim and I will be at the Bean at 6:30. If you want to join us for an unofficial ride, please bring some rain gear (racing capes.)
Tough call to make. The radar looks reasonable but there is a warning for severe thunderstorms. I will make the call around 5:30 just to make sure we don't cancel too early or give the go ahead and find ourselves flooded.
Let's do the route proposed last week. It has some nice quiet roads, and only a small section of hardpack on the way. The weather does not look great but I will make the call by 5 PM.
Agree with Luc. If there is no club ride, I will be going for a non-club ride from Planet Bean at 6:30, probably following the same route, and seek immediate shelter if threatened by lightning.

Good route. Out into the SW wind, back with tailwind. Rain is a great anti-perspirant.
