Usual Thursday format, A and B groups, probably do the rotating paceline again for a while. Victoria back into Guelph to mix it up.

Yeah I was just joking about the sprinting, was just fast paced with the usual attacks by Adam trying to drop people after they pulled, and Darren riding off the front during my pulls as the pace was too slow.
Good fun, fast ride! We challenged each other and worked together. We weren’t sprinting! Anybody who wants to come along next week and hang on is more than welcome!
Agreed, great ride and NO sprints were contested. There was the odd attack.
The first group also had a nice ride with Colin taking a monster surge off the front on a hill no less which we didn’t catch until a light. Good work by everyone led to an Average speed of 37.1 which was one of the faster Thursdays I can recall. I think James took all the sprints… JK.
Great ride, glad we went, and didn’t get rained on.
