The objective of the R1-2-3 road clinic is to make riding the TAM R1, 2 & 3 groups safer and more fun through rider education and skill improvement. See below for session details.

Series Focus: These sessions are intended to prepare GCC members for road racing & events. The purpose of these sessions is to improve road cycling skill, tactics & fitness.
Target Riders: Road Speed Groups R1, 2 & 3.
Required Equipment: Road bike setup with drop bars, clipless pedals and appropriate tires. For this specific session you may use a time trial bike.

Session Details:
The emphasis of today’s session will be optimizing group efficiency. We will focus on key elements such as following distance, style of rotation and the effects of the terrain.
