Weather is looking iffy for tomorrow, will make a call late afternoon. If we go ahead with the session we will be focusing on single track riding and line choice using the Little Tract trails.
Coached cycling sessions are instructed by qualified coaches and experienced athletes. The sessions are available exclusively for GCC members.
Series Focus: These sessions are intended to prepare GCC members for upcoming gravel rides & events. The purpose of these sessions is to improve gravel riding skill and fitness.
Target Riders: Gravel Speed Groups G1 & G2.
Required Equipment: Gravel specific bike setup with drop bars, clipless pedals and appropriate tires.
Check post for weather cancellations which will be updated no less than one hour before the ride begins.

Session Details:
We will make our way over to the Little Tract trails and do a northbound lap, stopping at some key points where we will practice and discuss some technical skills that will improve speed and efficiency in single track and/or technical trail sections. Depending on timing we may do a few segments with some speed and practice group riding and passing in trail sections, applicable to those racing gravel events.
