Wednesday July 15th ride | 6:30pm
Tonight’s ride will take us north, and then loop around through Rockwood conservation area and Eden Mills. We’ll take in some scenic roads and (if the forecast can be trusted) a nice tailwind on the way back. We’ll go single file on the two short sections of Hwy 124.

5:25pm Update: Skies are clearing, roads drying, ride is ON. Megaloops V2 – in case of rain we can cut back early. Final call will be made by 5:30pm at the latest.

Tuesday B ride | July 14th, 6:30 pm
That’s right, rain… you betta’ get outa’ here! RIDE IS ON (like donkey kong)! Straightforward loop via the covered bridge of West Montrose. The outlook shows potential for thundershowers… watch this space for the go/no-go call to be made by 5:30 pm.

Sunday July 12th long ride | 9am
Looks like it’s going to be a warm one. We’ll head out to the Forks, and stop in Belfountain for fuel.

Thursday A/B rides | July 9th, 6:30 pm
Heading out to Everton than down to Rockwood and back into Guelph. Looking for an average speed of 31 or so for the B group. Weather looks perfect for an evening ride.

Wednesday July 8th ride | 6:30pm
Straightforward route heading up the back side of the ‘berg and Col de Watson, then coming back on Victoria to Maltby. Aiming to average ~28kph, and we’ll keep it all together. Head to the club’s monthly time trial tonight if you feel like pushing your limits!

Club Time Trial #3 – Wed. July 8/15
UPDATE: Results now posted below. The third TT of our 4 event time trial series is this week, with first rider starting at 7:00pm! Note the schedule for the final event in the series: August 19 Time trials are a great way to test your fitness. It is a race against yourself and the clock.…

Tuesday Hammerfest B / July 7 6:30
The clouds are breaking so the ride is on. Bring your lights. We are taking a short ride through town to go west before heading south through Hespeler. Only a few short hills to keep our legs fresh for tomorrow’s TT.

Tuesday A July 7th ride | 6:30pm
RIDE IS ON. Looks like the clouds are clearing nicely, but there’s a small risk of some light rain en route, definitely some wet roads. Bring your blinkies just in case. Best of luck as well to those club members racing the Pan Am triathlon this weekend! Women on Saturday, men on Sunday, both 8:30am. Smash it!
