Learn to Group Ride & Rec Ride | Monday May 11th 6:00PM

Looking like it will be chilly, but otherwise good to start the week riding.

Bringing lights is always a good idea.

Load the route on your bike computer if you have one, here’s how.

What is it? Instruction for those new to the club and/or Group Riding. All new club members and Try-A-Riders are required to attend at least one Learn to Group Ride session (LTGR). For others a nice social recreational or recovery ride to start off the week (also see Rec Ride).

When to arrive: New club members and Try-A-Riders arrive by 6:00pm. Others arrive by 6:30pm.

Where: Flow State Bike Co. parking lot.

Parking: At the Arkell United Church

How it will work: Riders will gather in the Flow State parking lot and identify themselves to the Ride Leader (usually in a red jersey). Please arrive and be ready to pedal 10 minutes prior to the start. LTGR Riders will be given group riding instruction, followed by a parking lot lesson. Afterward, the riders will be led ride on public roads over an approximate 35 km route with more instruction.
