Tonight’s ride will combine our junior riders and the adult coached road riders. The objective of the Junior Advanced Road is to prepare riders for road racing & events. The purpose of these sessions is to improve road cycling skill, tactics & fitness. See below for session details.
Coached cycling sessions are instructed by qualified coaches and experienced athletes. The sessions are available exclusively for GCC members. Click for more program info.
Series Focus: These sessions are intended to prepare GCC members for club TAM rides, road racing & events. The purpose of these sessions is to improve road cycling skill, tactics & fitness.
Target Riders: Road Speed Groups R4.
Required Equipment: Road bike setup with drop bars, clipless pedals and appropriate tires.

Session Details:
We’ll begin with a cornering skill session then ride the short circuit featuring two 180 degree turns. The ride focus is bike handling, positioning and tactics.
