Our Year End Social and Annual Meeting will be held in person Tuesday, November 18th at 7:00 PM, 2025 upstairs at the Albion Hotel, at 49 Norfolk St.
You must be a 2025 GCC member to attend.
The Annual Meeting (AM) will be followed by a social. There will be plenty of yummy snacks.
If you plan to attend, please register here no later than Sunday, November 16th. A link to the meeting, the Agenda, the 2024 AM Minutes and the 2025 Financial Statement will be emailed on November 16th to those who have registered.
The GCC Board of Directors is comprised of seven positions which stand a one-year term and are set each AM. The current board have expressed interest in remaining as directors for 2026: Erik Holbik, Christopher Lambert, Darren Mortimer, Amy Robitaille, Lorenz Calcagno, Kevin Bodbyl and Meg Thorburn. If no further nominations are put forward, the above candidates will be acclaimed. If nominations in addition to the seven people listed above are received, an election for the positions will be held at the AM. If you wish to nominate yourself or someone else to a Board of Director’s position, please email your nomination to Meg by Friday November 9. Please make sure “Board Nomination” is in the subject line of your email. If you cannot attend the AM, but still wish to vote, you may request a proxy form here, instructions will be included.
A final reminder to all members – if you want to be involved in helping and developing the club, there are many opportunities. Just reach out and let us know what your interests are. If you can’t attend this meeting, but have ideas and thoughts you want to share about the club, let us know – you can email any of us anytime through the club website.
