Ride is on. Going to be a hot one so we’ll keep this one a bit shorter, heading around Elora/Fergus/Rockwood. Best of luck to the many club riders heading to the Tour de Waterloo! The TdGuelph is only a couple of weeks away.

Sorry for the late post. Tonights ride will explore some roads to the west of town. We will be doing a short stretch on Hwy 34 so we may go single file depending on traffic. This is the classic Cambridge Loop returning up Victoria Rd.

Ride is cancelled. Showers and maybe thunderstorms coming our way.The forecast isn’t looking good… check back at 8 am to see whether the ride is on. A scenic route for the medium group this week: Maryhill, Crowsfoot, the covered bridge and Elora. We’ll stop for refueling in Elora.

Slight change of route, heading down to 20th now (25th has been recently chip-sealed). A big loop on quiet roads (save for Rockwood). And again, for the hundredth time, no crossing the yellow line.

You may have noticed the surge in riders participating in our regular rides this year. With so many riders now coming out for each ride, the group can easily spill out into the path of library patrons trying to enter and exit the building if we’re not paying attention. So…
