    Well done Gabhan! As the guys at Cervelo say “Change is easy, but improvement is far more difficult”. And on the lighter side, A- group crossed the line at 35.7kph

    Great route, fast ride. A’s finished up at 37.1kph… and I got my fastest time up the berg in 70 attempts! small victories….
