Calling all R3 riders! Are you looking for a solid 30-32 km/h ride without surges and with regrouping after hills? Join us this Thursday for a rolling tour through Oustic, Everton, Rockwood and Eden Mills. The R1 and R2 groups get a bonus loop (and a bonus climb!). Rides leave from the East End Library at 6:30pm. Be sure to bring lights. Disclaimer: The R3 group will not be combined with any other group.
The three Advanced Speed Groups on this ride are:
Hammerfest R1 35-40 kph average plus some surges
Very Fast R2 32-35 kph average
Fast R3 30-32 kph average
