    Way to go guys. Sorry to say the weather scared me off … Along with a poorly timed fire alarm malfunction!

    Thanks to Gord Skinner and Paul Moran, we had a great ride, “into the wind both ways”, a bit wet, , and brought Terry home faster than we planned to a big crowd, newspapers and CTV crews at Guelph General Hospital. Speed River Club kit prominent. Terry pretty happy to hit his own sheets for a rest day after 5000km.

    9AM UPDATE: If the weather folks are right, we will see some cloud or rain until noon, clearing for the 1PM start, a narrow band of cloud or rain about 2:30 in Elmira and clearing skies on the way home, with temperatures in the “just right” zone.
    Update at 11AM will be the last one before we start at GGH at 1PM.
