Last TIN Ride – Tuesday September 3rd 6:00 PM

RIDE IS ON! Sunset at 7:54, risk of at Thunderstorms at 8:00 PM.

6:00 PM Start for the last TIN Ride of the season and EC is currently saying the likelihood of precip at 8:00pm is ‘High’… but the radar is looking not too bad for the near future!

By the way, did I mention that this is the LAST Tuesday Interval Night of the 2019 season!  Be there for fun and games and camaraderie! A distant voice was faintly heard like a child whispering a sad secret, “…but the temperatures are just getting perfect again…”. Heavy sigh. And so it was, fleeting.

Here’s all the cut and paste…

Whether you’re looking for another ride during the week or training, this ride has something for all riders! And come late or leave early if you like, the repeating loop offers a lot of flexibility.

Ride begins at the Arkell United Church not the Library! See map below.

This is a fun evening of riding where ALL club members can participate and work on the elements they desire: fitness, speed, endurance or just another nice night for a ride.

Riders will be organized into appropriate groups of their choosing. Relaxed and Moderate groups will ride in a Social Paceline rotation and more Advanced groups will focus on High Intensity Interval Training. The circuit is comprised of quiet rural roads. There will be everything from a dedicated “Learn to Group Ride” wave, all the way up to Hammerfest.

Check out our TIN Ride web page for all the details. From the serious racer to the recreational rider, this is a terrific addition to your week. This ride has something for everyone. You are in for a treat!

Please employ good hand signals to your fellow riders pointing out any and all road hazards on the route and be steady, smooth and predictable.
