Annual General Meeting

Our AGM is scheduled for December 8th at 7pm, at the Guelph Public Library (Main Board Room). The meeting is basically to elect members to the various positions within the board of directors.

Positions that are up for nomination are: President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, Communications Director, Sponsorship Director, Ride Coordinator, and Directors at Large. If you would like to nominate an individual before the AGM, please email gabhan@guelphcyclingclub.ca

There will also be nominations at the AGM. Nominations must be accepted by the nominee either in writing, prior to the AGM, or in person, at the AGM. If the nominee is not able to attend the AGM, they should send a proxy to represent their interests and witness the election process. All voting will be done by ballot.

Hope to see some new faces out there. We'll have an update soon about indoor training beginning in January.
